Lenders are demanding more of title and settlement agents, and the Summit’s all new Lender Oversight PACE Lap features four sessions engineered to help title and settlement agents position their businesses for success in a challenging lender oversight compliance environment. This half-day track features top title and settlement industry professionals and others who will share first-hand experiences and address topics ranging from Best Practices and third-party certification to preparing for the latest in advanced lender oversight compliance. Attendees also will hear directly from lenders who are on the front lines of vendor management within their organizations.

Turn 1 - Best Practices and Self-Certification Respond to lender oversight requirements by leveraging Best Practices. This session will discuss what Best Practice compliance looks like at a foundational level. You also will learn about steps involved in obtaining a Best Practices self-certification.

Turn 2 - Conquering Third-Party Certifications Untangle the web of third-party certification and attestation options available to title agents, and determine which may be right for your organization.
